Chicken enchiladas, steamed asparagus

we just did two nights in a row of asparagus! The better one was mediterrean rotini (did I spell that right?). Rotini, add cut up asparagus to boiling water for last minute or two. Drain, add feta cheese and vinagrette. Yummy! Top off with apple crisp and vanilla ice cream. The 2nd night of asparagus was a fail though. Oh well. You win some you lose some.
