Chicken Nachos (tortilla chips, cooked chicken, refried beans from a can, cheese, tomatoes, salsa, ranch dressing)

I have a really great salsa chicken recipe that would be awesome for chicken nachos. And it's a crockpot recipe, to boot. Stick the chicken in there, baby, and just shred and drain out the liquid before you heap in on your nachos.
I eat it straight up, over rice, as a quesadilla, or as a soft taco.
