Don't know if you have ever made French Onion Soup, but French Dip reminded me of this. If you have butter, mild onions, beef broth, french bread, and Mozzarella cheese you can make this too.Sweat the onions in butter until clear.Add the beef broth and simmer.Place mixture into a casserole dish, putting french bread and cheese on top.Cook in oven at 350 until cheese is melted.Enjoy.
Here is another easy one for the crockpot:4 chicken breats2 cup corn (or a can)2 cup salsa - whatever your family likes1 can of black beansthrow in the crock pot and cooklow for 6-8 hours/high for 4 hoursShread chicken and return to the pot, add one 8oz brick of cream cheese and cook for an additional hour. Mix up and serve with rice. You can roll it in burritos with other toppings or top with cheese and scoop up on chips. Makes a ton of chicken, I froze two big bowls for later meals.Love the Our Best Bites website - one of my favorites!
